I’ve been alcohol-free for over two years. Like many, I reached a point where alcohol was taking more than it gave – brain fog, scattered focus, anxiety spirals. None of it was worth it anymore. Now, I still love Friday nights, great company, and Munich’s energy – only these days, I wake up clear-headed and energised every time.
